2. All such details should be entered correctly.
3. Applicant will be provided a form no. and password, which will be used further to login.
4. On successfully login, a list of programs will be available for the candidates to choose one of them and fill the relevant application form.
5. Applicants should scan their signature and photo prior to the registration in the prescribed format.
For MDU application fee:
1. After submission of application form, applicants have to generate the challan form to deposit the fee in SBI or Axis bank.
2. After deposit the fee, candidates can take print out of the application form under the tagline 'my profile', when Bank confirmed the fee payment.
3. This application form is mandatory to send to the department along with the required documents.
